# Do you work with start-ups?

## This article contains information about Red Hawk's experience working with start-ups.

Red Hawk's primary focus is to serve mid-market companies in the United States rather than working with start-ups. There are a few exceptions to this general rule. Provided the start-up is well funded and has a stable client-base, then Red Hawk would consider providing services. In the event the start-up is in it's infancy, and has little-to-no funding, we'd advise the founder(s) to seek an alternative software development partner. This is particularly true if the founder(s) are seeking a software development partner that is willing to take an equity position instead of financial compensation.
